The Hondoi-Cula family lives in the Mures community in Romania.

Parents Andrei and Antonia have one child Erik Andrei (2). They live in a one-room house and plan to one day pave the yard and add a second room.

Andrei finds work occasionally in construction or agriculture and travels to Germany a few times a year for work. His greatest wish is to find stable work in his own country, so that he doesn’t have to leave his family to travel abroad to work. 

Antonia looks after Erik Andrei and the home.  She cleans houses for neighbours for money on the rare occasion the opportunity presents itself. They are a hardworking couple who love their son.

By sponsoring the Hondoi-Cula family you will be helping provide monthly care packages of food, household, hygiene supplies, as well as practical support and assistance to create opportunities to improve their situation.

With the family participating in Mission Without Borders' family sponsorship program the children have after-school programs available to them as well as the opportunity to take part in summer camps and other programs.
