Meet Ecaterina in Moldova 
Ecaterina, 8, comes from a single-parent family in Moldova. She has three siblings, including one adopted sister.
Ecaterina's mother can only find work occasionally and faces difficulties to cover even the basic needs of the family. The grandparents help as much as they can, but making ends meet every month is still a challenge.
Ecaterina is a kind and communicative girl. She faces difficulties at school but her sister is there to help her. She enjoys sports at school, with gym being her favorite subject. She enjoys running and playing with her friends.
