Celebrating International Children's Day

Coming together again as pandemic restrictions begin to ease

Children in Moldova come together to celebrate childhood on a day just for them

The first day of the summer vacation in Moldova coincided with International Children’s Day this year.! A double joy and reason to celebrate CHILDHOOD! We are blessed that the actual pandemic restrictions allowed us to celebrate this special day. Around 70 children from Sarata Galbena in Moldova came together and enjoyed a wonderful time organised with much love and care by the MWB Coordinator Pavel Pavlovschi, together with the volunteers and the local church.

Children had much fun doing different handcrafts, bracelets, drawings, and the older children made paper flowers with letters inside for “BLESSED BE CHILDHOOD”.

Indeed, God bless all the children and God bless the Mission and all who contribute in making the children’s lives easier, making them feel special, equal and loved!
It is great to see kids able to come together again and just be kids as the pandemic restrictions allow.
